How to cache everything (HELP) ???

Hello,

I'm running squid 1.2.beta 22. I want for some reasons cache the output from
cgi program that run on search engines.
My cache has 16Mb ram and 100 MB cache size.

I have disabled the no_cache tag, but it doesn't help.
I always get RELEASE entries in the store_log:

897144225.590 RELEASE FFFFFFFF 200 897143691 -1 -1
text/html -1/1460 GET http://search.excite.com/search.gw

And in my access_log I never get a TCP_HIT when I do twice the same query.

Any help would be *greatly* appreciated.
