Bug in squid-ftpget/1.1.20 ?

You migth have seen something like this too:

  Remote server replied with:

  Sorry, we've reached our maximum anonymous FTP count.
  Please try again later.

  Generated Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT, by
  squid-ftpget/1.1.20@www-cache.net.uni-c.dk

Please take a closer look at the date-stamp in last 2 lines (actualy it's
only one line, but my pine is to small :-)
