Strange malloc output from cache manager

Dear list members,

We recently changed our squid box (1.1.21) to RH5.0. Squid now presents
this strange output in cache manager for small blocks and total free
memory.
Squid, also dies with segment violation after some time. Anyone else
experiencing the same situation?
