cache_host_acl - cache_peer_acl

Hello,
I've upgraded from v 1.2beta16 to v 1.2beta22. I've
used the well working conf file from the beta 16. Only
I had switched the command cache_host_acl to
cache_peer_acl.

cache_peer tp.apo.net parent 3128 3130

acl fhnet dst 149.205.0.0/255.255.0.0

** old, beta 16:
cache_host_acl tp.apo.net !fhnet

** new, beta 22:
cache_peer_acl tp.apo.net !fhnet

But now with beta 22, also the traffic from the
net 149.205.0.0 is taken by the parent tp.apo.net.
What's wrong?
