Squid redirector script

I was wodering if anyone out there has come up with some script (in
anything it really don't matter) that opens 2 redirectors and sort of
combines the effect of these two. One of the redirectors has to be a higher
piority to the other one.
so request comes in -> sent to both redirectors
But if both return a different url then take number 1 as the one that is
correct

if only one of the two return a different url return this.
