RE: File Permissions

Okay,

I think it is working agian. For some reason the {file}.log.4 was given
over to root. And then squid refused to rotate them. I brought back up
with squid.init in the init.d directory. Well see what happens.

The files need to be the same permissions as squid. We run ours as user
nobody, group nobody.
You'll need to make sure that /var/log/squid is owned by nobody also and
so are your cache directories.
