It will certernly break some sites unless you have patched squid to a
more relaxed refresh_pattern interpretation. (patch available from
http://hem.passagen.se/hno/squid/ )
Finding a refresh pattern that both gives a efficient caching, and
"never" sends stale information to the users is a hard thing to do, but
using a refreshpattern like this without restrictin it to certain
filetypes (like gif or jpg) is probably not a good idea.
