2 squids on same machine: the user can choose

Hello,

I try to set up an environment with Squid running twice
(or even more) on the same machine:
- one "basic" configuration
- one configuration with redirector for ads and some other
  modifications

The user should have the possibility to choose the
configuration he prefers (e.g. by the port number).
I would like to run both configurations on the same machine,
using the same cache.

Is it possible to configure the lowest proxy in hierarchy
as 'proxy-only'?
