I am looking for a method of allowing all users to access the cached objects,
but require anyone trying to access sites not cached to provide a name and
password. Being a total newbie, I have not found the answer in the FAQ and Users
Guide or at least I did not see the answer to this question. Maybe its too obvious.
Before I recompile for proxy_auth, I'd like to know if and how to do this type of access control.
