Abnormal Utilization of squid-2.0

Hi, everybody:

   I install the squid-2.0-Release for the proxy server. But after it
works for several days, I inspect the network utilization for this proxy
server, and there are something strange. This proxy server is only open
service for inside campus network,
and to be sibling for some other proxies. But from the log of campus
network FDDI ring, it seems something wrong with my configuration file.
Following are the logs from router and the FDDI ring...

   If anybody could tell me what happen to this server? .... Thanks ..:)
