Two ways to get Squid working with Socks:
i) 'Socksify' it by hand, hacking Squid's source code. Cumbersome but it
works. The FAQ and the Socks documentation explain clearly how do that;
ii) Using the runsocks utility included with Socks package (I have Socks5
from NEC, www.socks.nec.com). It can 'socksify' any program you could run
by command line (I invoked Squid with 'runsocks squid -sY').
