Probably because your Squid never does any reverse lookups. This is the
default.

Things that may cause Squid to do reverse lookups:
* log_fqdn
* acl dstdomain (or dstdom_regex), and the user sends a numeric IP
address.

If you aren't using any of these then Squid never does a reverse lookup,
and the average time of nothing is printed as 0.0000000.
