Sorry for the newbie question -
This seems like an obvious thing I'm overlooking, but in all the
documentation, FAQs and comment lines of squid.conf, I can't figure out
how cachemgr.cgi is determining the Manager field. The password makes
sense - cachemgr_passwd i'm assuming. But how is the Manager/password
pair linked?
