Authsrv authentication

Hi everyone,

We're using squid 2.0 associated with the Firewall Toolkit and we 've
developped a .cgi which allow squid users to be authenticated via
authsrv. The script asks the database and returns OK if the user exists
and types the correct password or ERR in the others cases.
