Problems with SSL sites

Hi all,

Is there any configuration which could stop certain SSL sites being available?

With my cache, I cannot access

https://olb.nationet.com/onlinebanking/olbHomePageSetup.htm

but I can access

https://web.mail.demon.net/

I can provide the squid configuration if required.

Any help would be appreciated.
