from logs/cache.log:

1999/01/22 07:08:56| strtokFile: /home/henrik/squid/etc/users.grp not
found
1999/01/22 07:08:56| aclParseAclLine: IGNORING invalid ACL: acl users
proxy_auth "/home/henrik/squid/etc/users.grp"
1999/01/22 07:08:56| Starting Squid Cache version 2.1.PATCH2 for
i586-pc-linux-g

You should also see the same message when running squid -k check (or any
other -k arguments).
