Better to use protocol type than port numbers. Some people use other
ports than the standard ones.

acl http proto http
acl ftp proto ftp

> cache_peer_access junkbuster allow http

It should work if your goal is:
* send http traffic to junkbuster
* send ftp traffic to ftp-parent
* use neither of them for other protocols
