Don't use any password, when you reach that interface.

But the easy way to bypass that interface is to create a link like this:

http://www.sisted.it/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi?host=www&port=8080

This assumes that your webserver and your squid server are the same,
www.sisted.it.
