You will probably want to change the source address to something more
reasonable. Maybe not.

This says redirect all incoming packets destined for port 80 to port 9688

ipfwadm -I -i accept -P tcp -S 0.0.0.0/0 -D 0.0.0.0/0 80 -r 9688
