The only documentation that is kept fairly current is the comments in
squid.conf.default, and the configure options (configure --help).

Most of the other documentation available is still valid even if the
configuration syntax may have changed. Most notable exception is that
many of the quirks and problems discussed in various old documentation
does not neccesary apply to todays Squid, and there are more options
available in later Squid releases.
