TCP_DENIED

I am running Squid 2.1 Release.
I get an error when my clients try to access their email accounts on
www.email.com. I get the following error message in the access logs:
922087590.603 59 10.1.255.241 TCP_DENIED/403 1016 GET
http://www.email.com:81/images/jws/email_logo.gif - NONE/- -

Any suggestions? I dont think I had this problem with earlier squid
versions. (At least none reported)
Also there is no white space in this url.
