Problem with ftp download

HI all,

I use Squid Cache: Version 2.2.STABLE2 on a linux redhat 5.2. Suddenly i have a problem with a ftp download from the following site:
http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/DSHY-3Y5LVT.html?lang=en_US&page=brand&brand=IBM+ThinkPad%7CThinkPad+600E%7C2645%7C55O

On that page you can download 2 files:

vftprw9x.exe
vftprw9x.txt

The text file I can download without any problems, but the binary exe files, is not downloaded. The download starts, but stops very fast and tells me that the file did not contain any data.
I have tried with both netscape 4.51 and MS explora 5.0

If go trough a netscape proxy or on the net directly, no problem, the file is downloaded.

Please help me.
