Code modification

Hi there,

Quick question:

We use a transparent proxy redirection rule and Squid. What I would like
to do is redirect the *first* request from a certain IP address (which
would be recorded in a file), to a certain page. Subsequently remove
this IP from the file, and allow the user to browse normally.

Do I need to modify source for this? If so, can someone point me in the
direction of specific files and functions?
