need some tuning advise

Hello,

I'm fairly new to squid and like to ask some of you experienced squid users
for some help on reviewing the stats for my cache server.
Squid is running as a transparent cache behind a Foundry layer 4 switch
without any noticeable problems.
I reviewed my "General Runtime Information" and noticed the following: Page
faults with physical i/o: 104168
By reading the faq it seems to have a problem with memory resources...
Could somebody take a look at the stats below and give me some hints on
what my problem may is.

Here are some details about my machine:

OS : Linux (Slackware 4beta3) Kernel 2.2.6(smp)
Processors: 2 Pentiums 350's
Memory: 256 MB's
Storage: Raid 0 (3 - 10000 RPM seagate UW scsi drives) and one main drive
for the OS
Network: 100BaseT FD
