Why? If anything it should change to root-servers.net (the domain of root
servers). Making it point to a single commercial entity who could easily
disappear rather than a long-standing internet body whose address will always
be valid is just not right. dns_testnames is a list of things we expect to
always be able to look up (eg, gatekeeper.dec.com), but only one had to
succeed.

I'd go for "isi.edu internic.net nlanr.net mit.edu microsoft.com"
personally, but the current list is just fine. (logic, if all the educational
institutions in the world disappear, that means Microsoft has won total mind
control).

All it needs is one success anyway.
