Hello,

Sometimes in my /var/log/messages I can see followed messages:

May 24 12:46:27 mink /kernel: /var/spool: optimization changed from SPACE to
TIME
May 24 22:49:03 mink /kernel: /var/spool: optimization changed from TIME to
SPACE

What does it mean?

I use Squid/2.2.STABLE2 on FreeBSD 2.2.6.
/var/spool is a filesystem. Its size is 1Gb.
cache_dir in squid.conf is: cache_dir /var/spool/squid.cache 400 16 256
Hardware is Pentium100, 64Mb RAM.

Yours sincerely,
Pavel
