squid version: Version 2.1.PATCH2

But the interesting thing is that the other machine which has exactly the
same config and software
does not show any load.
free on other good machine:

Swap: 197240 123696 73544

I can't figure out whats different in these two machines.Both seem to have
almost the same number of netstat -a connections
