|What configuration changes do you make to squid to change from one ISPs
|proxy to the other?

Do this
cache_peer MyISPA.proxy.sg parent 8080 0 no-query default
or
cache_peer MyISPB.proxy.sg parent 8080 0 no-query default
whenever i want to access its proxy A or B respectively, and restart.

Ugh.

Any better suggestion?
