ulrParse: Illigal Character in hostname error

Hello,

I am using Squid 2.2 Stable3 .I have configured squid to use as a proxy
server ,which will get data from parent caches say 198.10.10.10 .Which
is Wingate proxy Server NT based Machine.I have included the line in
squid.conf file:
cache_peer 198.10.10.10 parent 80 0 default no-qurey

Is it right???
I should use 7 or 0 for ICP port???

Second, I can run squid succesfully.Without errors.
But when I am running RunCache prog:, a error is generated in cache.log
file

urlParse: Illigal Character in hostname 'web_sat'
assertion failed: HttpRequest.c:69:"request"

Please help me.
