General cachmgr.cgi failures

Hi,

I'm running Squid 2.2.Stable3, and find that a lot of cachemgr.cgi
options fail. "Cache Client List" and "Cache Information" both work,
which is useful, but eg. "DNS Server Statistics" returns with the
following error in the browser:

    ERROR

    The requested URL could not be retrieved

    While trying to retrieve the URL:
    cache_object://proxy/stats/dns@

which is obviously wrong. Anyone else ever found this? The actual URL in
the error page above points to:

    http://testproxy:82/cgi-bin/cache_object://proxy/stats/dns@

which isn't going to work anyway - the only thing under the cgi-bin
directory on this machine is cachemgr.cgi itself.

(This is RedHat 5.2 by the way, kernel 2.2.9)
