Delay_Pool

Hi Everybody,

I am using squid2.2.stable3 on BSDI platform a try to apply the delay pool.
I recompiled it with ./configure --enable-delay-pool. But the problem is that the conditions written in it is not so simple.
If any body help me in this regard with examples, I will be very thankfull to u.
