Delay Pools and QoS

Hi,

Is there any chance to modify the header of the ip packet based on an
squid acl? i want to control the use of bandwidth with the routers, now
with the proxy. What i thought was tagging the packets with different
Type of service if they are to request some page asked from someone of the
acl slow and another ToS if the request is for someone in the fast acl. I
know i can do something like that with delay pools, but i need to do that
on layer 3.

Another question: what does "comm_poll_incoming: NULL write handler"
means?
And the last one: i have a proxy with 2.0.Sta2 squid and it was working
fine, but 3 days ago it started to say "out of filedesc", if i go to
cachemgr and i look there it seems that there are some times that the
filedesc. are not dealocated. Is it any known bug? or it is just me? :)

Thanks you all,
