Hi,
I have two squid proxy machines both running squid 1.1.22 on FreeBSD
3.1-RELEASE . Last night, both machines started showing the same errors on
the cache.log :

I am using the transproxy package to re-direct outbound http requests, and
the hardware on both machines is ASUS PPRO motherboards, Adaptec 2940 SCSI
cards and Seagate SCSI-II drives... This setup has been working well for
over a year. But as of last this has appeared and both machines have
crashed twice since last night.

Any clues on what is causing this ?

thanks,
