Questions from a newwbie

Hi all,

I have installed squid-1.1.22 on Redhat 5.2.and it is running fine.
My questions are

1. Is it possible to configure squid to dial up the ISP automatically when a request comes from a client
    like Winproxy . If not, what is the solution?

2. Where do I specify the dns ip addresses given by ISP.
