optimization of the cache

Hi all,
        i'm a very happy users of suiqd 2.2st3, it works very well, i
setupped everythign for my needed.
The only thing that i cannot setup is the cahce optimizations, that for my
idea is not good. In my network every users goes 80% of the time to the same
site, (like hotmail, but is it the one wich i prefer to not cache like it is
now), and i see from the log a lot of direct connection and low use of the
cache.
What would be a good compromise to have more cached pages and fast refresh
only for certain site like hotmail??
actually i do not use any rules other tahn acl and the minimail ones.
