HI
Not know anything about how your network is set up, I would assume it possible
to on your external router, to only accept outgoing connections for the
ipaddress of your proxy server and not from any host on your LAN. You would
specify this for ports 80 and 443 to get 99% of all web trafic. You might also
want to proxy web ftp connections also.
