It is just an error message saying that someone uses a WEBDAV-enabled
client. You should take a closer look at the squid archives since it's
been discussed several times.

Henrik created a patch against squid-2.2stable3 (see
<URL:http://hem.passagen.se/hno/squid/>) which solves this problem.
