installing the delay_pools

I'm trying to install Squid ver 2.2 (Stable 3) using the delay pools option.
But I keep getting errors when I activate the delay_pools option in
squid.conf. The error was :

1999/07/06 09:18:04| parseConfigFile: line 1636 unrecognized:
'delay_class1_access allow test'
1999/07/06 09:18:04| parseConfigFile: line 1637 unrecognized:
'delay_class1_aggregate_max 64000'
1999/07/06 09:18:04| parseConfigFile: line 1638 unrecognized:
'delay_class1_aggregate_restore 64000i'

I installed Squid using the --enable-delay-pools option. Can somebody help
me?
