3Com net card

Trying to make my Squid to run faster, I installed on my Linux RedHat 5.2 (2
.0.36-0.7), a 3Com 3C905B network card.

I could make the card to work at 100Mbits but Half Duplex only. Could
someone give me some advice on how to switch it to Full Duplex ?

On my conf.modules, I had (when installed):

alias eth0 3c59x, and I added a line with this:
options eth0 options=20

But did not help.
