        That's where the request came from. You need the logs
        from whatever on that machine is forwarding them to squid.
        If you want help from the list, you need to explain why you
        are not having the clients connect directly, and what your
        network looks like. (Hint, don't even think of transparent
        proxying unless you understand how it works.)
