auto-download

Hi folks,

slightly off-topic, but maybe someone knows ...

I'd like to run a proxy on my machine that preloads all links
found on the most
recently loaded web page.
As I'm the only user of the proxy, it might speedup surfing
(assuming a fair
amount of links is followed).

Does such a thingy or piece of code exist ?
