Connections only from localhost

Does anyone know how I would make my squid server ONLY allow people coming
from localhost to use the server?

I am forcing my users to tunnel via ssh to my machine, and then surf from
there.. So the squid server would see every request coming from
localhost..

I put this into my config..

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
#acl all src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
acl manager proto cache_object
acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
acl SSL_ports port 443 563
acl Safe_ports port 80 81 21 443 563 70 210 1025-65535
acl CONNECT method CONNECT

http_access allow manager localhost
http_access deny manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access allow all localhost
http_access deny !all
