Cant access site

Hi,

I have this error this morning generated by squid2 on my proxy server.

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://linuxjournal.com:81/

The following error was encountered:

     Access Denied.

     Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed
at this time. Please contact your service provider if you
     feel this is incorrect.

(Squid/2.2.STABLE2)

It seems that linuxjournal is using port 81
How do I work around this problem
