How is ERR_READ_TIMEOUT different from ERR_LIFETIME_EXP?

Hi!
        1. What is the difference between ERR_READ_TIMEOUT
                and ERR_LIFETIME_EXP?
            ERR_READ_TIMEOUT - squid has received the headers
                                 (or part of), but during reading
                                 the data, it timed out.

            ERR_LIFETIME_EXP - no bytes recvd.
                               read timeout on socket?

        2. Is there a Release-{1.2,2.0}-Notes.txt?
                I could not find it alteast in Squid 2.1PATCH2
                distribution.
