Has the ERR_CLIENT_ABORT been replaced with TCP_MISS/000 ?

Hi!

I was looking the source code: the ERR_CLIENT_ABORT (implying
a partial transfer of the document) is no longer in the
Squid 2.2STABLE3 distribution. I think I saw it the Squid 1.1.
        distribution.

I believe it has been replaced with "TCP_MISS/000" code.

        May I rightly assume that:

        1. TCP_MISS/000 alone implies a partial i.e. aborted transfer.
and that this transfer implies a connection to the
                origin server.

        2. TCP_MISS/200 implies a complete transfer.

        Please let me know.

        Thanks.

Dinesh
