delay pool statistics

Is it possible to get delay pool stats via snmp (or some other method)?
I've setup a simple class 1 pool just to try to preserve some bandwidth
for inbound traffic. I can't really tell that it is working as we have
other stuff using the link.

Just in case it is relevant (or if anyone sees anything incorrect), the
delay_pool cfg is:

delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1
delay_access 1 allow all
delay_parameters 1 12000/12000 #limits everyone to 96K on a 128K pipe
