Unidentified subject!

Could anyone tell me what a "comm_poll: poll failure" and a "comm_write:
fd_table[425].rwstate != NULL" is and what is causing them? If anyone knows
how to solve these errors could you let me know. I'm running Squid
2.2.STABLE3 on a dual P450 /w 384 MB Ram. I'm a real newbie so any
feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
