Sight.. now I remember why FORMs and FTP is no good combination
regardless of which method is being used.. '?' is not reserved in FTP
sheme URLs, so Squid is only processing the given URL according to
specifications (RFC1738).

If you need to you can easily work around the broken site using a
redirector.

It can be duscussed if Squid should bend to this URL abuse and cut FTP
URLs at '?', but for the time being I'd recommend doing it in a
redirector.
