ISPs running Web caching software

Hi All,

I've been contacted by Jim Thompson of Penton Publishing (Boardwatch,
ISP-Planet), who is writing an article on people's experiences with Web
caching. He would love to get some input from you for his story. He
has questions like: does it work? does it work as well as advertised?
is it worth the cost? is the cost of web caching justified by the
overall performance?
