No, thats wrong.

Things on one "acl" line are automatically OR-ed.

Plus
        acl url urlpath-regex X
        acl url urlpath-regex Y

is the same as

        acl url urlpath-regex X Y

Things on one "no_cache" (http_access, etc) line are automatically
AND-ed.
